Terms
Terms of use
Updated 13 June 2026
These terms apply to the LotusFarma website and offline order-request flow. The site is intended to present the pharmacy, its services and selected product information.
The website does not replace professional pharmaceutical advice. For urgent medical questions, contact a doctor, emergency service or the pharmacy directly.
Site purpose
LotusFarma provides an informative website for a botanical pharmacy in Izegem. Content may include opening information, service descriptions, product ranges and contact forms.
Product information is general and may change. Availability, suitability and dispensing conditions are always checked by the pharmacy before anything is confirmed.
Order requests are not online sales
Submitting an order request creates a non-binding reservation request only. It does not create a sale, medicine supply, payment obligation or distance contract by itself.
The pharmacy confirms requests personally after checking availability, legal/pharmaceutical conditions and any required information. No online payment is taken on this site today, and medicines are not sold online through this website.
Prices and availability
Prices, product details and stock indications on the website are indicative until confirmed personally by the pharmacy.
The pharmacy may correct mistakes, refuse or adapt a request, or propose an alternative when a product is unavailable, unsuitable or legally restricted.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and request information.
- Do not use the forms for unlawful, harmful or misleading requests.
- Do not rely on website content for emergency care or a diagnosis.
- Contact the pharmacy directly when a request is time-sensitive.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website clear and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is complete at every moment.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where Belgian law does not allow it to be limited.
Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise, disputes fall under the courts competent for West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
