Accessibility statement

LotusFarma aims to make this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies or reduced-motion settings.

Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549. The European Accessibility Act applies to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025, and the site is being maintained with that standard in mind.

Scope

This statement covers the public LotusFarma website, legal pages, contact forms and offline order-request journey.

Third-party systems or embedded provider interfaces may have their own accessibility status. Where possible, we choose providers and implementation patterns that support accessible use.

What we do

  • Use semantic headings, links and form labels.
  • Keep text contrast, readable typography and keyboard focus states in mind.
  • Avoid relying only on color to communicate important information.
  • Support reduced-motion preferences where motion or 3D content is used.
  • Review new customer-facing pages against WCAG 2.1 AA patterns before launch.

Known limitations

The V2 information experience includes 3D and motion content. A reduced-motion fallback is provided, but we are still reviewing whether every visual sequence has an equivalent experience for all assistive technologies.

Accessibility feedback can be sent to [EMAIL] or raised by phone at +32 471 75 11 01. We aim to acknowledge practical accessibility feedback within a reasonable time and prioritize issues that block access to pharmacy information or requests.

Belgian enforcement contact

If you are not satisfied with the response, consumers in Belgium can use ConsumerConnect, an FPS Economy initiative, to report a possible infringement of consumer rules to the inspection services. The competent Belgian authority or inspection service will depend on the product, service and accessibility rule involved.
